De Heeren @Sea is tucked away in a magical spot along the coast of the picturesque Pietermaai district. This neighborhood emerged at the end of the 17th century and was named after ship captain Pieter de Meij, who settled in Curaçao around 1674. In the 20th century, the area was highly popular, but in the last decades of that century, Pietermaai fell into decline. Fortunately, recent restorations have attracted new residents and entrepreneurs, breathing new life into the district.

Today, the Pietermaai District is often referred to as the "SoHo" of Curaçao. Its stunning architecture is sure to catch your eye. Boutique hotels, small shops, cozy cafés, and top-tier restaurants make the area perfect for a leisurely exploration.

This is a place where a relaxed atmosphere takes center stage, and everyone feels welcome and at home! Only here, you’ll have your feet in the sand and a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea.
